1. About Prairie & Pearl
Prairie & Pearl is an online women's clothing and jewelry boutique operating under a print on demand and dropshipping fulfillment model. We are headquartered in Texas and sell to customers primarily in the United States. All transactions are completed in US dollars.
2. Eligibility
By using this website you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Prairie & Pearl reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible including descriptions, images, sizing, and color. However because products are sourced from multiple third-party suppliers and displayed on various screen types actual product colors, textures, and sizing may vary slightly from what is shown on this website. These variations do not constitute misrepresentation. We recommend reviewing the size guide on each individual product page before purchasing.
Prairie & Pearl reserves the right to limit the quantities of products available, discontinue any product at any time, and update product information without prior notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment processor. By submitting your payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Prairie & Pearl uses industry-standard encryption and secure checkout technology to protect your payment information. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Sales tax may be applied to orders based on your delivery address and applicable state and local tax laws.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order on this website constitutes an offer to purchase. Prairie & Pearl reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or high-risk order flags. You will be notified if your order is declined and any payment collected will be refunded.
Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placement by contacting info@prairieandpearl.co.site. After 24 hours orders may have entered the fulfillment process and cancellation may not be possible. Print on demand items may not be cancellable once production has begun. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.
6. Shipping and Fulfillment
Prairie & Pearl fulfills orders through multiple third-party suppliers. Shipping times, carriers, and fulfillment timelines vary by product and supplier. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept that estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed and that split shipments may occur when ordering multiple items. Full details are outlined in our Shipping Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy governs all return, exchange, and refund requests and is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By placing an order you agree to the terms of our Return Policy. Prairie & Pearl reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the terms outlined in that policy.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree to contact Prairie & Pearl directly at info@prairieandpearl.co.site before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us may result in the submission of all available evidence to your payment processor to contest the dispute, including but not limited to order confirmation records, tracking data, delivery confirmation, communication history, and transaction metadata. Prairie & Pearl reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated fees resulting from chargebacks deemed to be unjustified or fraudulent.
9. User Conduct
