We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Final sale items include swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, sleepwear, jewelry, accessories, print on demand items, and phone cases. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
