Our Promise to You

We want you to love everything you order from Prairie & Pearl. If something is not right, please reach out and we will do everything we can to make it right. Please read through our policy so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number within that window and we will walk you through next steps.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to hygiene and custom production reasons:

  • Swimwear and bodysuits
  • Intimates and sleepwear
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • All print on demand items (custom-designed pieces made specifically for your order)
  • Phone cases

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@prairieandpearl.co.site with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. We will review your claim and resolve it with a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion and at no cost to you. Depending on the item and supplier, we may not require the item to be shipped back, which means you could keep the item and still receive your resolution faster.

Sizing and Fit

Because we work with multiple suppliers, sizing can vary between styles. Please refer to the size guide listed on each individual product page before placing your order. We are not able to accept returns based on sizing or fit preferences, so when in doubt please size up or contact us before ordering and we will help as best we can.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In some cases we may offer store credit in place of a cash refund, particularly for items sourced through third-party suppliers where our resolution options are limited.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases we will either provide a prepaid return label or, depending on the situation, allow you to keep the item while we process your resolution. We will always communicate clearly about which option applies to your specific case.
